In Case Number A125806, defendant was convicted of two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree and one count of attempted sexual abuse in the first degree. In Case Number A125807, defendant was convicted of one count of attempted sexual abuse in the first degree. ORS 163.427; ORS 161.405. The two cases were consolidated for appeal.
