Petitioner Bertha Toloza-Jiménez ("Toloza") asks us to review the Board of Immigration Appeals' ("BIA") denial of her application for asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture ("CAT"). After careful review, we affirm the decision of the BIA and deny the petition for review.
