I. INTRODUCTION

This case presents the question of whether the superior court erred when it refrained from holding Whaler's Cove, Inc., in contempt for allegedly failing to comply with a prior order of the court. We conclude that because Whaler's Cove had made significant efforts to comply with the prior order, the superior court was well within its discretion...
