RULING ON DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR A MORE DEFINITE STATEMENT [DOC. # 14]

ARTERTON, District Judge.

In response to plaintiffs Amended Complaint [Doc. # 4], defendants filed a Motion for a More Definite Statement [Doc. # 14] on July 5, 2006, to which no response has been filed, even though an extension of time for such purpose was requested and granted [Does. ## 16, 21]. For the reasons below, the Court DENIES defendants' motion.
