Machelle Slavens ("Defendant")1 appeals the jury convictions of the class A felony of kidnapping, in violation of Section 565.1102 and the class D felony of interference with custody, in violation of Section 565.150, challenging, inter alia, the application of Section 565.110 to the facts of this case, and sufficiency of the evidence as to Section 565.150. We reverse.
