After a jury trial in the Superior Court, the defendant was convicted of the charge of rape. On appeal, the defendant argues that (1) the evidence was insufficient to sustain the rape conviction on the ground of threat of bodily injury; (2) trial counsel was ineffective for failing to object to certain evidence1; (3) the prosecutor's cross-examination of the defendant and her closing argument improperly challenged the defendant...
