Per Curiam.

The petitioner served the respondent with a petition containing two charges of professional misconduct. After a pretrial conference on July 27, 2005, and a hearing on November 3, 2005, the Special Referee sustained both charges. The petitioner moves to confirm the Special Referee's report and to impose such discipline upon the respondent the Court may deem just and proper.
