Tracy Scott Hergert appeals his convictions for burglary of a building (Cause No. 88998) and forgery (Cause No. 89092). In accordance with plea bargain agreements, the trial court deferred adjudication of guilt and placed Hergert on community supervision in each case. The State subsequently moved to adjudicate.
