Coker ("Appellant") appeals his conviction following a jury trial for two counts of statutory sodomy in the first degree, violations of section 566.062.1 Appellant was sentenced by the trial court to fifteen years in the Department of Corrections on each count with the sentences to run concurrently. Appellant now brings four points on appeal.
