MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter came before the Court for hearing on April 4, 2006, for confirmation of Debtors' Chapter 13 plan and the Objection to Confirmation filed by creditor Nuvell Financial Services Corp. (hereinafter, "Nuvell") on January 11, 2006. At the conclusion of the hearing, the Court took the issue of confirmation under advisement, particularly, to consider the meaning of the "hanging paragraph" of revised 11 U.S.C. § 1325(a)
