¶ 1 On February 22, 2005, subsequent to a plea of guilty, the District Court sentenced sixteen-year-old Danny McKee to ten years with the Department of Corrections, with five years suspended, on three counts of Assault with a Weapon, a felony, as specified in § 45-5-213, MCA.
