Edward Root appeals from the judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut (Hall, J.), dismissing on summary judgment his § 1983 complaint — alleging fraud, unreasonable seizure, and the setting of unreasonable bond — against Timothy Liston, the Connecticut State's Attorney for the Judicial District of Middlesex.
