Appellant Jim McDonald was charged with and pled guilty to rape of his minor daughter, S.M., and in accordance with a jury's verdict, he was sentenced to a term of life in prison. McDonald's counsel on appeal has filed a no-merit brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967), and Ark. Sup.Ct. R. 4-3(j)(1), asserting there is no merit to any arguments...
