[¶ 1] Matthew J. Ruby (Ruby) appeals a conviction for taking indecent liberties with a child in violation of Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 14-3-105(a)1 (LexisNexis 2005). Ruby alleges that the evidence was insufficient to support the conviction and that § 14-3-105(a) was unconstitutionally vague as applied to his conduct. Our holding and analysis in Rabuck v.
