Boothe appeals from a judgment entered in the Circuit Court of Clay County in a paternity suit granting joint legal and physical custody of her daughter, S.H., to her and the child's father, Brian Huber. In the petition and at trial, Boothe made allegations that Huber had sexually abused S.H. After finding that there was no credible evidence that Huber had ever abused S.H., the court entered a parenting plan granting the parents joint legal...
