I. INTRODUCTION

Presently before me in this Chapter 11 case is the Objection of R.H.R. Mechanical Contractors, Inc. ("the Debtor" or "R.H.R.") to the proof of claim of Claimant Sheet Metal Workers Local 19 Benefit Funds ("the Union").

The Union asserts an unsecured claim based on a pre-petition writ of execution it served on the Debtor
