Debtor claimed $150,000 homestead exemption under California Civil Code Procedure ("CCP") 704.730(a)(3)(C). Richard M. Kipperman, Chapter 7 trustee ("trustee"), objected on the ground that debtor's gross annual income exceeded the $15,000 statutory threshold.
