This opinion is with respect to Bridgeline Gas Marketing, LLC's ("Bridgeline") motion (Doc. # 24) seeking summary judgment and dismissing the adversary proceeding commenced against it by BCP Liquidating, LLC ("BCP").1 For the reasons set forth below, the motion will be granted.
