Appellant American Underwriters Insurance Company (AUIC) filed a petition for a declaratory judgment claiming it owed no duty to defend or indemnify appellee Steven Drummond as the result of an incident in which Steven, while sitting in an insured vehicle, shot and injured Bobby Dilks, a minor.
