Appellant Hector Castro appeals his conviction for the offense of manufacture of methamphetamine in an amount of 4 grams or more, but less than 200 grams. After the trial court denied his motion to suppress the methamphetamine that was found in a bag in the front seat of a car in which Appellant was a backseat passenger, Appellant entered an open plea of guilty, and the trial court assessed punishment at sixty years' confinement...
