Tri-County National Bank (Tri-County) appeals from an order entered by the Knox Circuit Court granting summary judgment in favor of appellee GreenPoint Credit, Inc. (GreenPoint). For the reasons stated hereafter, we affirm.

GreenPoint held a security interest in a mobile home which was owned by Rosetta Lunsford and insured by Kentucky Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company...
