Plaintiff-appellant James J. Palmieri ("Palmieri") brought suit against his former employer, defendant-appellee Nynex Long Distance Co. d/b/a Verizon Enterprise Solutions ("Verizon"), claiming that he was eligible for overtime pay for his work at the company. The district court granted summary judgment for Verizon, and Palmieri here contests this decision. After careful consideration, we affirm....
