On March 10, 2006, Estephen and Angela Cobb ("Debtors") filed a voluntary petition for relief under the provisions of Chapter 13 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The petition was filed pro se. Accompanying the face sheet of the petition, which was filled out by hand, was a typewritten matrix that listed twelve creditors.
