Appellant Charles Allen Winston stood trial before a jury in the Pulaski County Circuit Court on charges of kidnapping, aggravated assault, battery in the first degree, and aggravated robbery. The jury found Winston guilty on all counts. Winston now appeals his aggravated-robbery conviction.
