Appellant Levester Gillard appeals from his judgment of conviction for rape. He was sentenced to life imprisonment as a habitual offender. His sole point on appeal is that the circuit court erred in denying his motion for directed verdict at trial due to lack of sufficient evidence. We affirm the judgment of conviction.
