¶ 1 Hubert Carl Ransleben appeals his civil commitment as a sexually violent predator (SVP). He claims that the trial court erred in committing him under chapter 71.09 RCW because he has an unremitting mental disorder rendering him eligible for involuntary commitment under chapter 71.05.
