OPINION

LEE ANN DAUPHINOT, Justice.

Appellant Eunice Alexander appealed the trial court's summary judgment holding that Appellee Lockheed Martin did not waive the right to contest compensability of Appellant's worker's compensation claim and that Appellant did not have a compensable claim. We hold that Appellee waived the right to contest compensability and that, as a result, Appellant had a compensable claim. Therefore, we reverse the trial court's judgment...
