Through an agent, Mark and Becky Levin purchased several antiques from Dalva Brothers, Inc. (Dalva), an antiques dealer located in New York City. Later the Levins obtained information suggesting that the antiques were not as Dalva described them and were worth less than the approximately $750,000 that they paid.
