Justin Yang appeals a judgment entered on a jury verdict convicting him of the repeated first-degree sexual assault of one of his daughters, born in July of 1991. See WIS. STAT. § 948.025(1)(a) (three or more assaults of a child within a specified time). The jury acquitted him of the same charge involving another daughter, born in August of 1990.
