A jury found that J.W., a juvenile, was a child engaged in delinquent conduct by committing theft, and the trial court ordered him committed to the Texas Youth Commission. In four issues, J.W. complains the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support the jury's finding that he committed theft; the trial court erred in admitting his oral statement; and the trial court abused its discretion in committing him...
