OPINION

The issue before the Court is the valuation of two vehicles — a 2003 Ford F150 Flareside Supercab XLT pickup and a 2002 Ford Explorer Limited V6 — for purposes of cramdown in a Chapter 13 plan. Cramdown is the bankruptcy procedure which allows a debtor to keep collateral and pay the present value of the allowed secured claim over the life of the plan.
