¶ 1 This is an insurance coverage dispute between a manufacturer, Key Tronic Corporation, and its insurance company, St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company. Key Tronic arranged with Clorox to make and package a household mop product. The products were damaged through Key Tronic's negligence.
