This case involves the enforceability of a Post Adoption Communication Agreement (PACA) that appellants entered into with respondent, the birth mother of their adopted child, S, prior to the adoption. The trial court determined that the agreement was not enforceable as written because it was too vague, but also determined that the PACA could be modified and enforced as modified. The trial court therefore entered a judgment modifying the original agreement...
