Defendant Michael Mahone ("Mahone") appeals his criminal conviction for attempted armed robbery and his restitution sentence for interstate transportation of a stolen motor vehicle. Mahone argues that the district court erred in admitting footwear impression expert testimony that was key to the jury's attempted robbery verdict, and that the district court abused its discretion in calculating his restitution by undervaluing the stolen vehicle...
