OPINION

MONTALI, Bankruptcy Judge.

An order reinstating this previously-dismissed Chapter 132 case was signed before but entered after completion of a foreclosure sale. The bankruptcy court held that the reinstatement was not effective until the order was entered. We AFFIRM.
