On October 23, 2003, a one-count indictment was filed in the United States District Court for the District of Maine charging Dwayne J. Anderson with knowingly and intentionally distributing five or more grams of cocaine base in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(B).
