¶ 1 In 1998, Ed Christiansen, pro se, obtained a default order and a writ of restitution in an unlawful detainer action against Richard Ellsworth. In 2004, Mr. Christiansen, still pro se, moved for a default judgment. Mr. Ellsworth moved to dismiss the default order for lack of subject matter jurisdiction under RCW 59.12.030(3).
