PARSONS, Bankruptcy Judge.

In this case's second visit to the Panel, the Estate of Dorothy Mingus appeals the bankruptcy court's order disallowing its claim for the Debtor's alleged legal malpractice arising out of the execution of the will of his client, Andy Stischok, which named Ms. Mingus as a beneficiary of his estate. Because the bankruptcy court correctly applied Ohio law in concluding that Ms. Mingus did not have standing to sue the Debtor...
