On June 8, 2005, Plaintiffs Edwin Vazquez Ortiz ("Vazquez") and his wife, Luz R. Diaz Morales ("Diaz") (collectively "Plaintiffs") filed a personal injury action against Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd.
