Cassano appeals from an order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Joanna Seybert, Judge) granting defendants' motion to dismiss with prejudice her amended complaint, in which she alleged that defendants violated her rights by firing her after she refused to provide her employer with her Social Security Number ("SSN").
