OPINION
MANNHEIMER, Judge.
While Murville Lavelle Lampkin was serving a jail sentence, guards discovered that he was in possession of oxycodone and tetrahydrocannabinol. Lampkin was convicted of fourth-degree controlled substance misconduct for possessing the oxycodone, and fifth-degree controlled substance misconduct for possessing the tetrahydrocannabinol.
