The chapter 7 trustee ("Appellant") appeals an order of the bankruptcy court overruling his objection to the debtors' claim of exemption. The bankruptcy court held that Shah M. Alam's investment funds originating from a settlement of litigation against his disability insurance carrier were exempt in their entirety.
