In 1991, a Massachusetts Superior Court jury convicted Michael Caputo ("Caputo") on two counts of first-degree murder. Caputo appeals the district court's order denying his petition for writ of habeas corpus by a person in state custody. Because the state court decision affirming his conviction was neither contrary to, nor an unreasonable application of, clearly established federal law, we affirm.
