[¶ 1] Paula Hoke (Hoke) allegedly suffered injuries on March 6, 2000, while a guest at Motel 6 of Jackson, Wyoming (Motel 6). On March 4, 2004, two days before the statute of limitations expired, Hoke filed a negligence action against Motel 6 and Accor North America, Inc. (Accor). After vacating a default judgment, the district court dismissed with prejudice the claims against Motel 6 on the grounds that the service of summons and complaint...
