Plaintiffs Karen Anne and Gerald Lentz, who reside in Maine, filed this action in the Superior Court for the District of Columbia for injuries associated with Mrs. Lentz's in utero exposure to diethylstilbestrol ("DES"). Defendant Eli Lilly, an Indiana corporation, removed the suit to this Court on the basis of diversity jurisdiction, and now moves to transfer it to the United States District...
