The Debtor seeks sanctions against the State of New Jersey, Motor Vehicle Commission, ("NJ-MVC") for violating his discharge. NJ-MVC has two claims for surcharges under N.J.S.A. 17:29A-35(b)(2) following convictions for motor vehicle offenses.
