The plaintiff is an employee at the Library of Congress, and she brings this suit alleging sex discrimination under Title VII, of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ("Title VII") 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq. and retaliation under Title VII and the Equal Pay Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 206
