In this appeal, we consider the constitutionality of NRS 201.560, Nevada's statute criminalizing the use of technology to lure children away from their parents or guardians. We also consider whether the district court's dismissal of the indictment against respondent, Anthony John Colosimo, was proper. We conclude that the statute is constitutional; we also affirm the district court's dismissal of the indictment against respondent...
