Appellant Vital Basics, Inc. (VBI) asks this court to vacate an arbitration panel award in favor of appellee Vertrue Incorporated (Vertrue),1 and instead order payment by Vertrue to VBI. Our review of an arbitration award is exceedingly narrow, and VBI has not presented the compelling evidence necessary to warrant a reversal of the arbitration panel's decision.
