MEMORANDUM OPINION

HUVELLE, District Judge.

Before the Court are defendant's motion to dismiss or to transfer, plaintiffs opposition, and defendant's reply. Upon considering the pleadings and the entire record herein, the Court concludes that venue is not proper in this district, and the Court will therefore grant defendant's request to transfer this case to the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
